Anthony is the CEO of multi-channel retailer of healthy snacks, graze. His mission is to use technology to make the world’s number one healthy snacking brand. Formerly Innovation Manager at Innocent drinks, Anthony first joined graze in 2009 as Head of Marketing and has seen it grow and expand into the American market. Anthony also holds an advanced Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford.
Eric Lewis is Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Casper. He brings more than 12 years of executive management experience to Casper from leading consumer brands, e-commerce, and technology companies. Before joining Casper his previous positions include Head of Regional Operations for Google, General Manager for Amazon and Managing Director - APAC for Shark/Ninja.
Previously, Eric spent 9 years with Black and Decker domestically and internationally in various positions including Plant GM, GM of Asia Operations and Director of Operations where he managed the global supply chain including manufacturing, logistics, quality and lean six sigma. Eric earned his MBA from the University of Texas and his BS in operations from Gardner Webb University.
A senior ecommerce professional, I have a wide range of experience in all aspects of ecommerce, from design, to content production; from managing high availability infrastructure to user experience testing. I have experience in managing teams to deliver the above, as well as other areas such as development testing and PCI compliance. I work within the fashion industry.
I have particular interests in page performance, conversion rate optimisation, usability, responsive web design, customer experience and order fulfilment.

Sean has spent the past 17 years at the intersection of ecommerce, consumer behavior, and data-driven feedback loops. Sean joined Tesco in 2014 and is Product Development Director for all of Tesco’s global online shopping platforms (spanning 9 countries). Prior to that Sean spent 11 years at Amazon.com (starting in 1999) for product development and operations focused across a range of business functions including merchandising, programmatic recommendations, category expansion, fulfillment, marketplace platform, and on-site advertising. Sean holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and is a co-author of six patents.

Jon Asbury is Multichannel Director at GO Outdoors the market leading and fastest growing Outdoor equipment and clothing retailer with over 17 years experience of growing Multichannel businesses and is responsible for the commercial performance, operational effectiveness and strategic development of the GO Outdoors Multichannel business. Through their Discount Card GO are one of the few retailers to have an understanding of offline customers that matches their understanding of online customers. Prior to this Jon led a team of specialists responsible for the development and trading of the Halfords Multichannel offer.
Thomas Nielsen is the Chief Digital Officer/Group Product Officer for Tesco PLC (LON: TSCO) – one of the world’s largest retailers with 6,900+ stores, 475,000 employees and thousands of suppliers. In this role, Mr. Nielsen is leading Tesco’s digital transformation as well as its loyalty (Clubcard) and Digital Marketing functions.
Nielsen most recently served as Senior Vice President for Products and Operations for Brightcove (NASDAQ: BCOV) – a leading provider of OVP solutions for professional media distribution and monetization. Before joining Brightcove, Nielsen was the President and CEO for RealNetworks (NASDAQ: RNWK) – a pioneer in digital media solutions.
Nielsen is an AP Graduate in Computer Science from Tietgen Business College in Denmark.
Adam is a mobile growth marketing expert and the founder of StoreMaven, the leading App Store and Google Play AB testing and analytics platform. Adam previously founded Shaker (acquired by PlayStudios), one of the most successful mobile game publishers. Adam is also a lecturer at Tel-Aviv University where he teaches entrepreneurship
Michael Klein is the Director of Industry Strategy for the Adobe Marketing Cloud. He leads a team of subject matter experts who work with Adobe’s global commerce clients to help them develop best-in-class digital marketing strategies. Michael regularly contributes thought leadership to industry events, and is an active member of Shop.org and the Global Retail Marketing Association.
Prior to joining Adobe, Michael spent over 25 years as a Senior Merchant and Marketer for brands such as the LVMH Group (eLuxury.com), William-Sonoma, Harry & David, Discovery Channel Stores, and wine.com.
Karen Pepper is the General Manager, UK for Amazon Pay. She is responsible for leading Amazon’s payment services for 3rd party merchants in the UK including Amazon Pay and the associated value added services.
Karen is a 15-year veteran of the payments and start up industries. Most recently she was Global Head of Alliance Banks at JP Morgan where she managed relationship with 22 banks across 41 markets. Karen has also held executive positions at American Express and her own multi-million pound start up in the health and fitness sector.
Karen sits on the board of Hatch, a UK incubator for social enterprises and on the board of Tamar, an anti-human trafficking charity. Karen holds a MBA from the London Business School.
Chris began his career in export sales and marketing before finding his way into the digital world, and worked in email and marketing automation prior to joining Search Laboratory. Chris provides strategic leadership and direction for Search Laboratory’s global operations, working with clients and internal teams to deliver profitable online customer acquisition campaigns across multiple countries.
James founded Good Growth and is co-author of the book ‘Leading Digital Strategy’. James is responsible for ensuring all clients grow their businesses through working with Good Growth. James has expertise across Digital Strategy, CRM and CRO and has had the privilege of working with some of the largest and most successful UK and global brands. He holds a finance and management first degree and went to the University of Cambridge to complete a postgraduate course in management.
