He brings more than 12 years of executive management experience to Casper from leading consumer brands, e-commerce, and technology companies. Before joining Casper his previous positions include Head of Regional Operations for Google, General Manager for Amazon and Managing Director - APAC for Shark/Ninja. 
Previously, Eric spent 9 years with Black and Decker domestically and internationally in various positions including Plant GM, GM of Asia Operations and Director of Operations where he managed the global supply chain including manufacturing, logistics, quality and lean six sigma. Eric earned his MBA from the University of Texas and his BS in operations from Gardner Webb University.

Jason has been an integral part of Zazzle since its launch in 2005 in a variety of key roles, including CFO and CMO.  Jason relocated to Ireland in 2016 as the Managing Director and head of Zazzle International.  In his current role, Jason is responsible for growing the Zazzle business internationally (outside of the US).  Prior to Zazzle, Jason worked in the technology investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). Jason graduated from Stanford University with an AB in Economics. Jason's claim to fame is getting the Zazzle Roll listed on the menu of a once famous Palo Alto sushi house. When not crushing it at Zazzle, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, three children (2 human, 1 dog), playing golf and cooking delicious food, usually in that order.

The most important appointments in his career to date were as a corporate consultant at McKinsey, with a focus on marketing and strategy, as senior director for business development at the entertainment conglomerate Universal Music and managing director of its mail order subsidiaries, and as a managing partner of the virtual world company Metaversum. As a managing director of Mister Spex, Caspar is responsible for the Marketing, CRM, Category Management, Public Relations and Product Management divisions and is in charge of international markets.

Sean has spent the past 18 years at the intersection of ecommerce, consumer behavior, and data-driven feedback loops.  Sean joined Tesco in 2014 and is Product Development Director for Tesco’s global online shopping platform spanning 9 countries.  Prior to that Sean spent 11 years at Amazon.com (starting in 1999) for product development and operations focused across a range of business functions including merchandising, programmatic recommendations, category expansion, fulfillment, marketplace platform, and on-site advertising.  In between two stints at Amazon, Sean joined a startup focused on building the world’s richest consumer loyalty and rewards network.  Sean holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and is a co-author of six patents. Outside of work Sean enjoys traveling with his family, painting, and recording songs for his kids’ band.

She is passionate about mobile and driving forward adoption and industry standards and sat on various industry boards including the IAB mobile council, the DMA mobile council and was a founder of Mobile Commerce Joint Industry Committee.She is one of Drum’s top 50 in Mobile 2015 and was selected as one of Mobile Marketer’s Women to Watch 2013, the only UK/EU woman on this list.
