Prior to Redcats Michael held senior positions with Condé Nast Publications and with Peter Blacks Footwear & Accessories.

Rob worked for News Corporation from 1998 in a variety of roles, starting as the CFO of its Global Music Group before moving into a Pan-European role as Mergers & Acquisitions Director providing financial, operational and strategic guidance.

In mid-2009 Rob became CEO of BrandAlley.co.uk and under his leadership the business has achieved its position as the UK’s market leading fashion private sales site. Prior to Whittard, Mark held senior positions at T.M. Lewin (International Director), FABERGE (CEO), and Alfred Dunhill Ltd (Group President, President Japan, MD UK, MD Hong Kong, GM Singapore /Malaysia).

An Oxford graduate, Mark worked for BP for the first 8 years of his career, most of which was spent in France in various marketing / management positions.

Peter Hobolt Jensen, native to Denmark, has spent most of his career successfully blending and expanding analog brands with relevant digital dimensions. He works with category leading creative brand Moleskine and before that LEGO – developing experiences and products that empower individual creativity and fun. Following being awarded his Industrial PhD. in Marketing and Design Management in 2001, Peter spend three years in New York followed by two in London. When returning to Denmark he led the development of one of the fastest growing children’s website and ecommerce business’: LEGO.com.

At Moleskine, which he joined in 2011, he initially built out an ecommerce business from 1 country to 32 and grew the earned media reach to significant levels. Since 2014 he has focused exclusively on leading digital innovation – developing products, applications and services that allow Moleskine users to bridge analog and digital as a means to enable their personal creativity and productivity. This has resulted in the Moleskine+ category has been built up of these activities which contribute significantly to the financial performance and growth of the Moleskine Company.

As part of these efforts Peter has led the establishing of relevant partnerships across the digital landscape to deliver the Moleskine consumer vision. This includes partnering with Evernote in 2012 - subsequently expanding to include Adobe, Dropbox and most recently Microsoft. In 2015 a new Milestone was reached by establishing a partnership with Korean Company Neolab for the development of the Moleskine Smart Writing set - entering consumer electronics. 

In 2016 Moleskine added also a pure digital business through the introduction of the Moleskine Apps Business and the launch of Moleskine Timepage planner application. Early 2018 the Timepage application was followed by Moleskine Actions, a task management application.Most recently, in early 2018 Moleskine has created the Moleskine Digital Studio in partnership w. Bonobo Labs of Australia.

As you’d expect when working for a small organization my roles have been widespread and varied. They have included CIO, CTO, Head of Production and Head of Logistics (often all at the same time). Over the past 4 years I have been able to focus primarily on Technology and on ensuring that the organization is well positioned to take advantage of emerging digital technologies that can be used to improve customer experience and profitability. Having largely completed that work, in 2017 I took on the joint role of COO and CTO.

You should know that she has worn a variety of career-hats and seen the digital commerce world develop from a cross-channel and cross-border point of view. In her current position, she heads up the eCommerce and Marketing team for the UK’s brightest retail group; National Lighting – having recently gotten their brands through a digital transformation over 2017. She knows what media tools truly drive conversions. Anouk holds a Cum Laude Master Degree in Global Marketing from the top 1% ranked University of Liverpool and is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry events and publications around the world, a massive fan of puns, and lives by the quote ‘‘In life you always meet twice – by Anouk’s dad’’.

I love to challenge myself and other’s. I travel for work & private, play various sports and love foods especially sweats. It came as no surprise for my friends that I was a first mover in ordering desserts online for immediate consumption on for example: UberEats, Deliveroo, Delivery Hero, Take Away etc. When I ordered online I thought the experience and offerings where limited. I took immediate action and pitched my idea to the Unilever board to run a consumer test with B&J Ice-cream.
