Will is Head of Mobile at TUI, the world’s leading tourism group. His goal is to use mobile to engage and inspire TUI’s 20m customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. In particular, Will is responsible for executing TUI’s strategy to establish mobile apps as a primary sales channel across 11 European markets.

Passionate about how digital can be used to enhance the customer experience and deliver commercial value, Will has helped TUI to overcome some of the many challenges faced by traditional retailers that are struggling to adapt to a fast paced, digitally centric environment.
