Samantha joined Hobbycraft in 2016, having previously worked agency side in performance marketing. She has worked across a broad range of retailers, including The White Company, Selfridges, Vivienne Westwood, Travelodge and Carnival Corporation. Her experience spans the ecom space, covering both customer acquisition and retention, technical marketing and online trading.  She has no ‘proper’ marketing qualifications, coming from an academic background in law and a masters in research methods.
