Former Director, Digital Architecture, Global eCommerce Pandora

Rossen has 25+ years of international experience in Digital, Business, IT, Marketing and eCommerce. His career path includes positions at the United States Information Agency, Apple, the United Nations, and Royal Dutch Shell. He has led large scale global initiatives across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, EMEA and the Americas with a multitude of brands including Lego, IKEA, Starbucks, Ecco, and illy. In his current role of Digital Director for Pandora Jewelry’s Global eCommerce division – he is responsible for the company’s global solution design, development, deployment and operations of a range of end-to-end Digital initiatives including eStores, OMS and fulfillment, Endless Aisle, and Omni-channel. He is based in the UK with his wife and a true globetrotter.
