Paula is the Director of Digital Customer Experience and Operations at Debenhams and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and delivery of customer experience across channels and the day to day running of the digital operation. She has a passion for retail and E-commerce from a career spanning Marks and Spencer, WH Smith, Sainsburys and Homebase. Her first foray into e-commerce was back in 1999 where she led the launch of Homebase.co.uk which was one of the first e-commerce sites in the UK.
