Lisa Cooley

General Manager PFS

Lisa Cooley has wide-ranging experience across a variety of eCommerce clients. Currently, Cooley serves as General Manager of Distribution Centre Operations at PFS, she has been with PFS since 2015. Cooley has led several major projects during her tenure. Most recently, she headed up the implementation of PFS’ new UK distribution centre, rapidly deploying major new client programs within four weeks or less. Other areas Cooley has made an impact include project management, mission control, operations and inventory management. Her well-rounded experience ensures she tackles each project head-on, injecting efficiency and effectiveness through her approach.

Prior to her time at PFS, Cooley was Operations Manager at Nike. She has also held major roles at Williams Sonoma, Helen of Troy and other leading eCommerce companies. 

Cooley hails from Memphis, TN and divides her time between the US and the UK.
