Joe Ayyoub is the SVP of Customer Experience at UNBXD, where he leads the global customer operations (customer success, professional services, customer support, and customer engineering).
Joe had a number of Support and Customer Success executive leadership roles in global organizations (Adobe, Magento, DoubleClick and others) where he led operations and support teams to transform the overall customer experience. Joe has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Joe and his family currently reside in the San Francisco/Bay Area. He enjoys playing music, travel, and doing charity and volunteer work with his family.
