As Head of Clarks’ European eCommerce team, Dave has successfully launched 5 international websites and is fully responsible for P&L, driving on going growth and opening new eCommerce channels in Europe. Additionally, he is responsible for online strategy covering the 5 year plan for Clarks Europe region. He leads a team of 15 people, based in Europe, covering digital marketing, content, online merchandising, operations and project management. Dave will explore how to understand your customer journey and be truly customer centric.
