I have been working in Insight roles since 2003 across both agency and client side.  My experience covers Commercial and Corporate websites across a variety of industries with a history of building analytics capability and teams.

I have a track record of delivering data and insight lead transformations by building lean teams and being an advocate for positive and rapid change.

At RS I lead the Insight Team with a particular accent on Digital delivering insight and activating data products through Personalised experiences across digital and non-digital channels.
