Edda Blumenstein is currently finishing her Doctoral Research at Leeds University Business School, where she has been investigating how retailers successfully adopt Omnichannel retailing. Edda also works as an Omnichannel strategy advisor and speaker. Prior to her Doctoral studies, Edda has over 20 years industry experience in strategic management, marketing, brand management and E-commerce.
