Niranjan Soni is the Head of Multichannel Development for The White Company. He is  responsible for the Customer Experience vision and strategy at The White Company. His  role includes building the Customer Experience roadmap for the future and delivering initiatives that enhances the overall customer experience with the brand and delivers growth. He uses a customer first approach and uses data driven approach for prioritizing and delivering the projects. Niranjan has worked for John Lewis and Marks & Spencer in the past and has an MBA from INSEAD in General Management. His interests includes Formula 1 racing and all things E-Commerce and retail.
