Director, Strategy and Customer Experience

Katy is the Director of Strategy and Customer Experience for Sainsbury's Argos.  In her strategy role Katy is responsible for initiating, evaluating and driving new strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.  She also heads up a team that takes the lead in monitoring customer experience end-to-end, identifying pain-points and leads cross-business change to continuously deliver better customer journeys through operational and propositional improvement.  Katy brings to the role a strategic mindset and toolkit from consulting at Bain & Co and Javelin Group and deep retail expertise from running & relaunching and interim strategy work at clients including Boots, Dixons and Sainsbury's.
