Craig’s experience covers the full raft of Digital functions from delivering top class Customer Experience through to managing Product Content and integration of CGC into websites. Most recently Craig worked for Feelunique where he was instrumental in developing their online experience and helping them to become recognised as the leading ecommerce business in the Beauty Sector, with not just a fantastic website with great content and integrated service offerings, but a class leading customer experience.

Craig has now joined Scotts & Co (owners of Scotts of Stow, Bloom and The Original Gift Company) as COO, with specific goals for growing range, delivering an integrated Multichannel strategy and significantly enhancing their digital offering.
