Constantin Eis is Casper’s Co-Founder and European MD. He is responsible for business decisions outside North America and also heads up the geographical teams and new markets. Constantin previously headed up and was responsible for the marketing activities (online, offline, and brand marketing), IT, HR and product development at Home24, and has substantial experience within the industry. Whilst at Home24, Constantin was responsible for eight countries in two regions, as well as being responsible for more than 450 FTEs. Constantin graduated from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL), Leipzig, Germany with a degree in Business Studies in 2008.
