I am the Ecommerce Manager for Slater Menswear. Since joining Slaters in early 2015 I have worked on growing their already successful online business, successfully launching the new www.slaters.co.uk in August 2016 with a focus on mobile first. It is my main responsibility to take ownership of the strategy for the growth of the online channel. This includes creation and implementation of improved user experience across all devices, utilising Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor, measure and provide insight into consumer behaviour to establish a multi-channel customer journey with mobile at the forefront, create and grow content strategy to further brand presence nationwide, capturing new markets while monitoring KPIs to gain a close understanding of customer acquisition and sales patterns, using these to create growth targets. I also manage our SEO and PPC strategies to assist in sustaining our growth and ensure strong visibility for our brand online.
